Are you struggling to find birth class dates that fit your schedule? I have the same problem - trying to organise group classes that work for everyone and fitting them around my on-call periods can be stressful! Luckily, I have come up with the perfect solution - private in-home birth classes which come to you!

Facilitated by Mel, an experienced midwife and doula who takes a practical approach to birth preparation, our aim is to provide you with a comprehensive knowledge of birth and how this can be supported, regardless of where you choose to have your baby.

Session 1 focus on all things labour and birth, and is tailored to meet your individual needs. Please allow a minimum of 3.5 hours for this session.

Session 2 covers the postpartum period, including the physical and emotional recovery following birth, newborn care and an introduction to the basics of breastfeeding. Please allow around 3-3.5 hours for this session.

It is 100% up to you whether you book us for both sessions, or just the one which suits your needs most.

Our prices are fixed at $149 per session, and you are welcome to invite as many birth partners to attend as you like! The price also includes a PDF workbook and other resources to complement the course content, and email access to Mel until you go into labour.
